The Photographs Album 79‑80

Yigal Shem Tov

2016

The book brings together over 200 analog color photographs taken by Shem Tov over the course of two years. The body of work has been shown in several group exhibitions, but a comprehensive exhibition of the "photograph album" was suddenly canceled. Over 30 years after they were created, the book brings together the full body of work. The book was released in two limited editions, numbered and signed: the first in 28 copies, which included two separate volumes published in 2013. The second, in 200 signed copies in one volume in 2016.
